My name is Teri Herzog. I have been passionately involved in the art of photography since I was a little girl. My first camera was a little Brownie, which my parents bought for me when I was 7, and then around age 10 I graduated to a Kodak Instamatic. It wasn't until I was 18 that I bought my first 35mm "real" camera. It was a Canon, and I loved it. When digitals came out I was in seventh heaven...no more waiting for my film to be developed...instantly I knew if I had the shot I was looking for. It was so exciting, but it took a few years before Canon came out with a digital that was affordable and could have interchangeable lenses. That's when I was really able to start taking the digital pictures I was craving to take. I've used a Macintosh computer and Photoshop since their beginnings, which has enabled me to make many of my photos look more like paintings and watercolors.
I love what I do and I hope you enjoy your journey through my website.
